Find the work. Then make it manageable.

You don’t need a binder full of theory. You need a clear view of what’s happening, a sensible order of operations, and enough help to make the changes stick.

01 · The starting point

Business Checkup

A practical outside look at your business—and a clear 90-day plan for what to do next.

The Checkup starts before I walk through the door. I learn about your goals, team, numbers, current routines, and the problems you already know about. Then I spend two days inside the business: listening, observing, asking questions, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with the people who know the operation best.

Homework before arrival

A focused questionnaire and review of the information you already use to run the business.

Day one: understand the system

Goals, financial drivers, roles, routines, decisions, friction, and opportunities.

Day two: get inside the work

Team conversations, observation, and time alongside the people doing the job.

Connect the dots

I step away, identify the few areas that deserve attention first, and build the plan.

Review and refine

We challenge the findings together so you leave with a plan you understand and can use.

02 · Ongoing support

Fractional Operator Support

For an owner who needs experienced operating leadership—but not another full-time executive.

Sometimes the priorities are already visible. The challenge is converting them into a real operating rhythm: decisions made, responsibilities clarified, numbers reviewed, people coached, and loose ends closed.

Fractional support is built around the actual need. That may mean a regular leadership cadence, project ownership, manager coaching, launch support, or hands-on help stabilizing a fast-changing operation.

03 · A defined problem

Focused Improvement Work

A short, bounded engagement when one operating problem needs real attention.

Examples include staffing and scheduling systems, manager routines, training plans, store or café launches, workflow redesign, customer experience, or translating a growth idea into an executable plan.

We define the outcome, the boundaries, who needs to be involved, and what “done” means before the work begins.
