Defined scope. Practical handoff.

Start small without paying twice.

Upgrade within 30 days and apply the $750 assessment fee toward either larger package for the same business and scope, when the records can be reused. The assessment is already included in both larger packages.

Payment and support

The assessment is paid upfront and includes clarification questions submitted within seven days of the review. The four-week system is $1,250 to start and $1,250 at handoff. The 90-day package is $2,500 to start, $1,250 on day 30, and $1,250 on day 60.

The system and implementation packages include up to 30 minutes of email support per week during the engagement, with a two-business-day response window. Scope and start date are confirmed before payment.

A system your team can own

Coverage estimates are a starting point for a workable schedule. Managers still account for skills, availability, operating requirements, and the decisions that affect their people. Results depend on your data and implementation; savings are not guaranteed.

The assessment does not include schedule building or training. Packages do not include software purchases, migrations, custom integrations, or ongoing schedule writing. Additional locations or expanded scope are quoted separately.
